The Adelaide Hills

My home. A wine region just over fifteen minutes from the city. How this has been a secret for so long has amused us all.

Today its home to some of the most innovative, outrageous and exciting new wineries there is. Organic, Biodynamic and Orange wineries sit in perfect harmony next-door to more traditional neighbours producing cool climate varietals. Peppery shiraz, cigar box Pinots, beautiful chardonnays and sauvignon blanc define the hills.

Sparkling wine to rival Tasmania and beautiful restaurants make the new Adelaide Hills the latest hip location to be.

Dine at Pike and Joyce and enjoy the beautiful views, sit beside a raging fire at Anderson Hill, celebrate with a champagne and an amazing meal at Sidewood.

“The Hills” is where it’s at.
